In dem Zimmer befinden sich vom Vormieter eine Matratze, ein Tisch und ein Stuhl, welche von dir genutzt werden können. Wir können die Möbel allerdings nach Absprache auch entsorgen.
Die Küche ist mit allem nötigen eingerichtet und das Bad verfügt über eine Badewanne. Die
Möblierung der anderen Räume auf den Fotos gehört zum Vormieter.
Insgesamt wird es in der Wohnung viel Spielraum zum Einrichten geben und ich freue mich, wenn du dich daran beteiligen möchtest. Für das Wohnzimmer würde ich beispielsweise gerne einen guten Beamer besorgen. Ic

für ganz kurz untervermieten. Es ist voll möbliert, bietet neben dem üblichen wie Bett, Schreibtisch und Regalen auch eine tolle Sitzecke. Und bei hoffentlich schon wärmeren Tagen im März kann man es sich auf dem Balkon bequem machen. Das Zimmer hat eine riesige Fensterfront und tolles altes Parkett, so das man sich hier wirklich schnell einleben dürfte.
Darüber hinaus gibt es ein 30 qm großes Wohnzimmer, eine schöne Küche mit Gasherd und hübschen alten Fließen und naja unser Bad ist klein, hat aber alles was man braucht.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr nah am Hermannplatz ist damit hervorragend mit Bus und Bahn zu erreichen. Aber auch für Spaziergänge in der Hasenheide oder um am Maybachufer zu flanieren ist die Lage perfekt.

Ich leb vegan, deswegen wär's super wenn du auch in die Richtung lehnst. Nachhaltigkeit ist uns wichtig -- Müll trennen und der ganze Rest sollten keine Riesenherausforderung sein. Müll rausbringen auch nicht ;)
Ich arbeite vier Tage die Woche als Digitalisierungsbeaufragte. Meine Tage sind meist so von 7 bis 22 Uhr aktiv. Wenn du einen ähnliche Tagesstruktur hast und gern zuhause rumhängst, die Stadt entdeckst, den Sommer Karten spielend, lesend und beim Karaoke verbringen willst... dann könnt's doch ganz nett werden.
